Parnika Commercial & Estates was incorporated in 1989. Since then, it has become a name to reckon with in the field of construction and real estate development by executing prestigious projects of Defence Research and Development Organization, Ministry of Defence, NBCC, CPWD, IRCON, Indian Railways, Central Warehousing Corporation etc. The company has evolved from constructing residential buildings and offices to executing highly advanced and specialized infrastructural work that is significant to the nation’s defense and development.
We have completed more than 90 projects of strategic importance to the country. Most of these projects were executed in difficult geographical and political terrains that require adoption of several unconventional yet effective techniques.
In 1998, we managed to raise the water level of Prachu river at the Indo-Tibetan Border to a vertical height of 150 meters. This facilitated availability of fresh vegetables and water for at least the summer months to Indian troops stationed there. In Chandipur-Outer Wheeler Island, we built the launch pad for Agni Missile. In Naxalite-stricken Chhatisgarh, we have completed some very difficult works for the Ministry of Defence. We are responsible for the modernization of Central Ordnance Depot, the first of its kind initiative, to cater to automatic storage and retrieval system of explosives.
During this period, we crossed another milestone with the completion of DRDO Headquarter building just across South Block of Central Secretariat, New Delhi. The project was completed well before the stipulated time and was immensely appreciated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, himself at the time of its inauguration on 13th May, 2006.
In 2016, we completed the headquarters for the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The building was inaugurated on 13th August 2016 by Sh. Upendra Kushwaha, Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development.
We have also worked on the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC) at 15, Janpath, New Delhi, inaugurated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, on 7th December 2017. We have since executed Vanijya Bhawan, the new headquarters of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry near India Gate, New Delhi, inaugurated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, on 23rd June 2022.The company has a strong organizational set up with the help of dedicated teams of professionals and engineers having vast experience in the field of construction. Besides, the financials, legal administrative matters are also taken care of by experienced professionals. Presently the company has strength of about 25 senior level managers, 50 engineers, and 250 technical personals as construction team.
